Playing
How do I move and use things?
On iPhone and iPad, move with the joystick on the left. Tap the ground (or press USE) to use the tool in your hand, and tap E to talk, pick up, open or sit. HOSE grabs the garden hose and BAG opens your inventory. The full list is in Menu (=) → Controls.
What should I do next?
Follow the objective in the top-left corner. It walks you through clearing, planting, watering and restoring the old buildings one step at a time.
My crops aren't growing.
Seeds need water every day (spray them with the hose, or use a sprinkler or the rain), and each crop only grows in its own season. A Farmer's Almanac from the General Store tells you which crops grow when.
Saving
How is my farm saved?
The game saves on its own every few minutes and whenever you sleep in your bed. You can also save from the menu. There are four save slots, and everything is stored on your device.
Can I move my farm to a new phone?
Saves are part of the app's data, so they come along when you restore your device from an iCloud or computer backup.
Purchases and ads
I bought something but didn't get it.
Open the Gem Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Gems are consumable: they arrive right after the purchase and aren't restored again. The Starter Pack and Remove Ads are restored to the same Apple ID.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off ads or change my ad privacy choices?
Buying Remove Ads removes banners and full-screen ads. Reward videos are always optional. To change how ads use your data, go to Menu → Settings → Ad privacy choices (EEA/UK/Switzerland) or to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
